Wrong Tide products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size or color selected at checkout, or an unwanted item. Please review product descriptions, size guides, and your order details before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at WrongTideCompany@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending anything back; we cannot accept unsolicited returns.
